Last night Sarah and I went to the grand opening of "The Palms" casino and hotel here in Vegas as 'Media'. It was pretty neat: We walked up the red carpet and local news anchors and E! and AMC and other tv media were along the sides filming and stuff, trying to catch celebs as they came in along the red carpet. Turns out the annoying tall dude in front of me played for the Lakers.

Once inside we cruised around, got a couple of free cosmopolatans, and hit up one of the resturants. We were sat next to Samuel L. Jackson, which was utterly silly. I couldn't think of anything to say to the man, so I just nodded to him as we sat down and said "Quite a night, eh?". He nodded and we both turned to watch the painted naked chick. Oh, yeah, naked painted chicks EVERYWHERE. And a couple of (almost) naked painted guys. "Art" I guess is what they call it, I called it "Eyecandy".

We passed by Steve Wynn, I waved to Gwenneth Paltrow who blinked back, and Sarah caught the eye of Robin Leach when we visited the pool area. At couple points I was asked what media franchise I was with, and I replied once "iRev Media" and the other "P.L. Entertainment". Weeeeee!
